  • Do not forget some designer candles that are stamped with a “WOW” factor.
  • Prepare samples to show potential customers
  • Have pictures taken and display them in a brochure. It is good to be professional.
  • Consider putting your candles on consignment in a potential customer’s store.
  • Hold a candle party. Invite friends and family.
  • Start candle making classes. Also, sell some of you designer candles and candle making supplies.

There is money to be made in a candle making business. Designer candles can have a high markup. You have to develop that” never give up” attitude knowing you can have your own niche market and start to earn extra money at home.
